The AFP is responsible for managing complaints in relation to the conduct of AFP appointees. Use this form to submit a complaint about the conduct of an AFP appointee. Please fill in the form with as much detail as possible so we can process it.

To make a complaint in relation to the conduct of a member from a state police force, please contact the relevant police force.
