If you believe the court outcome/s released on your National Police Certificate are incorrect or inaccurate in any detail, please complete the below form. If you have any additional information or documents supporting your enquiry they should be attached to enable the AFP to more accurately assess your application.

The AFP may require comparison fingerprints to resolve some disputes. In such instances applicants will be notified.

Criminal record information in dispute

Please outline the reasons for disputing your criminal record * Include sufficient information and supporting documents to enable the AFP to assess your application. Information must include details of the offences and/or information in dispute including arrest name, court, court date and outcome. The AFP may require comparison fingerprints to resolve some disputes (applicants will be notified in such instances).
